PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

The provider ensures full and complete compliance with the Spanish legislation on protection of personal data, and ensures compliance with the obligations laid, and the implementation of security measures provided in art. 9 of Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and Regulation Development of LOPD.

Santiveri ensures privacy and security of your personal data to the extent that it has implemented treatment policies and security measures referred to in the article quoted. The security measures implemented and treatment policies adopted prevent alteration, loss or unauthorized use of personal data usage.

In conformity with the rules above, the personal data provided will be incorporated into the corresponding file that is duly registered in the Spanish Data Protection Agency and for which Santiveri is responsible.

In compliance with the new regulations of the Spanish Data Protection Agency following the promulgation of the judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union, dated October 6, 2015 on data transfers in the US, your explicit consent is essential to authorize the inclusion of your personal data in the management tool provided by our e-mailing service provider, whose servers are located in the United States.
