Green and red tea: the best to savour and enjoy (or at least that's what we think). You’ll find them in bags to throw in directly into your cup or in a granulated format for those moments when you’re in a hurry… Dissolve a couple of teaspoons into a cup of warm or cold water (add some ice cubes for a fresh, tasty, Summer drink) and in no time you’ve got yourself a nice drink ready. For doctor Bach, negative emotions are the main cause of illnesses and essential flowers are the means to fight them. His goal was to find a natural simple system in which any person could find a stable emotional wellness state.
